Your rides stay yours
If you do not subscribe, riding stops until you do. Your history stays on your computer, every ride still exports, and anything backed up can still be downloaded or erased.
Questions about paying
Is that the final price, or is VAT added at checkout?
Yes, that is the final price. €5.99 and €49.99 include VAT, and nothing is added at checkout.
How do I cancel?
From the link in the footer of every page on this site, without signing in, or from your account page. The cancellation takes effect when you press the button, and we email you a confirmation at once. It runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew; a yearly subscription after its first year ends at the end of the month instead, with the whole months not used refunded. You do not have to explain yourself.
What if I subscribe during the trial?
With at least three days of the trial left, your trial days are not taken away: you give a card, the subscription is set up, and the first payment is taken on the day the trial would have ended. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all. Closer to its end, the first payment may be taken when you subscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Not in one step yet. Cancel to the end of the period you have paid for, and choose the other plan once it has ended.
Can I get my money back?
As an EU consumer you have the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal page explains how it works and has the form.
Is there a discount for students, or for a club?
