Right of withdrawal
Your right as a consumer to withdraw from a subscription contract, and a form to do it with. VeloWatt Pro is not yet available and nothing is currently sold. These terms will apply to subscriptions from the date they are offered; the version in force is dated on this page.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, you must inform us (VeloWatt UG (haftungsbeschränkt), support@ridevelowatt.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us of your withdrawal.
Before a subscription is bought you are asked to confirm that it should start straight away, knowing this, and that confirmation is kept with your account.
Because Stripe sells the subscription as merchant of record, a withdrawal is exercised against Stripe and refunded by Stripe. Telling us works too: we pass it on and stop the service.

Cancelling is something else
Withdrawing undoes the contract. Cancelling ends a subscription at the end of the paid period, at any time, on the cancellation page: https://api.ridevelowatt.com/cancel.
