Right of withdrawal
Your right as a consumer to withdraw from a subscription contract, and a form to do it with. VeloWatt Pro is not yet available and nothing is currently sold. These terms will apply to subscriptions from the date they are offered; the version in force is dated on this page.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, you must inform us (VeloWatt UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hoher Weg 3, 26605 Aurich, support@ridevelowatt.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
The quickest way is the withdrawal button: https://api.ridevelowatt.com/withdraw. It needs no sign-in and asks only for your name and the address your subscription is under. We email you at once a receipt stating when your withdrawal arrived, with a link: confirm it there within 48 hours and it takes effect, counted from when it arrived. This makes sure nobody else can withdraw for you; if it is not confirmed in time, it lapses and you can send it again. A withdrawal by email or letter needs no confirmation.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us of your withdrawal.
Before a subscription is bought you are asked to confirm that it should start straight away, knowing this, and that confirmation is kept with your account.
Stripe sells the subscription as merchant of record, so the refund comes from Stripe. Whether you withdraw with us -- by the button or by email -- or with Stripe, it is the same withdrawal: we end the subscription and see that Stripe refunds you.

Cancelling is something else
